About Me

Hello lovely people,

I’m Emma the face behind the voice. I’m a curly blonde haired gal from Devon who loves to sing, dance, act and entertain.

A performer from birth; my mum says I was probably singing in the womb, the stage has always called to me. I would get involved in every show I possibly could from a very young age. At the age of 16 the bright lights of London beckoned me.

I continued to learn my craft at two amazing drama schools while also treading the boards attending auditions across the capitol daily.

After 3 years in London, and some amazing jobs, including being part of ‘Harry Potter, Order of the Phoenix’, A major ‘Visa, Mastercard’ campaign and getting to work with the fantastic Gok Wan and Jamie Oliver. I then headed back to the southwest to attend Exeter University to get my Honors Degree in Drama.

While all this was happening I never stopped singing. Throughout the southwest during summer winter and easter breaks and many many weekends you would often find me singing at local events, weddings and also at my 6 year long residency at the Durrant House Hotel in Northam near Westward Ho! where I sang to residents and coach parties throughout the year.

After University, I spent 2 years teaching drama and creative play in preschools and as after-school clubs throughout Exeter and the surrounding areas, but motherhood was calling and my amazing son arrived with us at the end of 2012 (New Years Eve so really the actual end of 2012) a year after marrying my soul mate John. Our firecracker daughter arrived 2 1/2 years later and both singing and teaching took a back seat while motherhood and experiencing all their firsts took the lead.

A move back closer to family and a health scare made me realise I was feeling a little lost as my children were growing up and needed to go back to do something for me. Singing is me, it was first love and I’d missed it. Getting the microphones back out dusting off the speakers I was back baby I was back.
